Each stylist’s specialties are listed below their name. Every stylist offers haircuts, facial waxing, brow tints, treatments, and color services. Our stylists do not offer men’s grooming or clipper haircuts unless arranged directly with an APS stylist.
JODI
CREATIVE DIRECTOR | CEO

Jodi is the owner and Creative Director of August Pearl Salon, known for thoughtful consultations, honest communication, and detail-oriented transformation work. She especially loves correcting color concerns, creating natural-looking extension transformations, and customizing Qiqi treatments to reduce frizz and make hair easier to manage without taking away what guests love about their natural texture.
Her energy behind the chair adapts to what each guest needs—whether that’s good conversation and the perfect playlist or a little peace and quiet. Jodi’s priority is making sure you feel heard, understand your options, and leave confident about maintaining your results at home.
Outside the salon, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, gardening, cooking for the people she loves, and creating the perfect playlist for every occasion.
SIERRA
ESSENTIAL STYLIST

Sierra is an Essential Stylist who loves creating dimensional color, beautiful blonding, rich brunette transformations, and styles that work with each guest’s natural texture. She takes time to understand how your hair naturally moves, what you enjoy about it, and what you would like to make easier.
Guests appreciate Sierra’s detailed consultations, relaxing shampoo experience, and willingness to explain her recommendations throughout the service. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in both your hair and the plan for maintaining it.
